At flourFLOWER, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  1. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address
  1. Ship the item(s) back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
